Anita Sebre-Ward Date Protection Policy and Privacy Notice

 Anita Sebre-Ward takes the issue of your privacy seriously. We are committed to upholding your privacy and will take care with your personal date. We will only use information about you in accordance with the Date Protection Act 1998, General Date Protection Regulations 2018 and other relevant legislation and regulations.

What information is collected and why?

A certain amount of personal date is collected by Anita Sebre-Ward at the time of booking. This is for the purposes of meeting Insurance Company criteria as well as for your health and safety at yoga and receiving therapies. We will only collect personal information from you such as name, email address, phone number, date of birth ,questions related to your health which you have provided voluntary to us by booking a yoga class, yoga related events, therapies or to correspond with us.

All information gathered by Anita Sebre-Ward is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party. It is kept securely and only viewed by Anita Sebre-Ward for the time determined by the Insurance Company which is for seven years after your last class or therapy.

How is the information used?

When booking a class or therapy you will be asked to sign a disclaimer. In doing so you are agreeing to your e-mail and phone number being used by Anita Sebre-Ward to inform you of class/appointment changes, service updates directly relating to the service you have booked.

Emergency Contact Information

Emergency contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency should Anita Sebre-Ward need to contact your next of kin or give this information to the emergency services. This is the only information that would be shared with a third party and only in the context of an emergency.

We may store information about you using cookies (files which are sent by us to your computer or other access device) which we can access when you visit our site in future. We may also collect your device’s IP address as part of the basic functioning of this website.
